Water delivery with ordering, live tracking and free refills.

Challenge
A water business wanted customers ordering from their phone, staff managing the orders and drivers delivering them, all connected. The FlutterFlow version couldn’t grow.
Approach
I rewrote it in plain Flutter as three apps (customer, admin and delivery) on Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage. A QR code identifies each customer across the three apps, MapLibre handles location and live tracking, Cloud Functions send order-status notifications and manage business hours, and Codemagic builds and publishes every release.
Result
Over 100 downloads across both stores, 25% more engagement from the status notifications, and free refills through the rewards program.
